Faith , Hazy Pale Ale – Northern Monk

Hi there fellow beer lovers,

Today we are having a look at one of the flagship beers of Northern Monk Brewery.

1. Name : Faith, Hazy Pale Ale(ABV 5.4)
2. Brewery: Northern Monk
3. Aroma : Citrus and tropical fruit with subtle earthy undertones.
4. Appearance : Cloudy Hay coloured yellow, medium sized foamy head.
5. Body : Medium bodied, with a floral tang.
6. Taste : Grapefruit, Pineapple and some Pine with an earthy undertone

This one although its one of NorthernMonk’s flagship beers, left us somewhat baffled, but in a good way. Its certainly not terrible by any means, just different. I have had a number of Northern Monk beers in the past as I live in Leeds i’m literally on the doorstop to their refectory site and its amazing in there, in fact id move in but i’m not sure I could afford the rent!
