Hi there fellow beer lovers,
As its a balmy 0’c this evening, i am doubling up on my reviews ,and taking a look atHorsforth Brewery Co’s NANO-10.9 Fruited Imperial Stout.
- Name : Fruited Imperial Stout
- Brewery: Horsforth Brewery
- Aroma : Subtle Malted Chocolate
- Appearance : Very dark with a toffee coloured head
- Body : Quite thin and over carbonated for a Stout, but has good head retention
- Taste : Dark Chocolate with a hint of smoke and a strong sour Raspberry after taste.
Not a bad Stout, a little on the thin side for me. However, the sour raspberry notes give it a unique tasting point, which will surely resonate with those who like a fruitier bevereage.
