Hi there fellow beer lovers,
Today we are rounding off Kirkstall Brewery’s easy drinking line with their ‘BrewYork’ Table Beer Collab, ‘Jasmine Table Beer’

- Name : Jasmine Table Beer
- Brewery: Kirkstall Brewery & Brew York (Collab)
- Aroma : Sweet smell of Hops and Jasmine with an underlying spice
- Appearance : Deep clear amber, with a thick white head.
- Body : Medium bodied, well carbonated with good head retention.
- Taste : clean taste of hops with an aromatic spice like quality that tingles the tongue peform pulling in a sweet floral Jasmine after-taste.
It’s safe to say I was somewhat apprehensive about this one as I was not sure what to expect from it, but I am not one to run away from trying something new.
This one is definitley more on the aromatic side, I would even go as far to call it the Earl Grey of Table beer, as it certainly has a floral taste. So much so even the fiancee didnt mind this one, and she is 100% not a beer drinker, but is really into her flavoured teas. It certainly was an interesting experience, and not an unpleasent one either, it was light, refreshing, and was very much a “working beer” something that I can imagine writers or people working overtime from work having a cheeky sip of as they work into the wee hours.
If you are interested in purchasing any of the beers from Kirkstall Brewery you can find a link to their online store here. You can also check out my previous review of Kirkstall’s Providence, Verdita, Pilsner, & Three Swords to get a better sense for what they have on offer.
