Today we are learning our Alpha Beta in a Session with Ilkley Brewery, I’m Looking forward to this one, it should be back to basics, classic beer with classic taste.

- Aroma : Freshly cut grass with a hint of hops
- Appearance : Clear Amber, with a tight volumous white head
- Body : Medium bodied, well carbonation, good head retention
- Taste : Bold hoppy flavour, with a subtle malt undertone that builds finisihing off with a hint of sour grapefruit.
Bang, wow this one is exactly what the doctor ordered after a long day at work. A strong punchy delicious flavour, the Malt adds some real depth to the drink and sour tang towards the end clenses the pallet ready for another go.
