Nelson (ABV 4.2%) [Organic Pale Ale] – Stroud Brewery

Hi there fellow beer lovers,

Today we are looking at an Organic Pale Ale by Stroud Brewery.

1. Name : Nelson
2. Brewery: Stroud Brewery
3. Description : Crisp, Floral, Citrus
4. Aroma : Freshly cut grass with a touch of citrus and hops
5. Appearance : Clear Amber with a thin white head
6. Body : Medium Bodied, well carbonated, poor head retention.
7. Taste : Clean, Fresh Lemon with a drawn out light hoppyness

This one had me raising my eyebrows, it was very much not what I was expecting, its very fresh and sessionable, but it reminded me more of a cider than a Pale Ale. Definitley a beverage to be enjoyed with copious amounts of sunshine.
