Hi there fellow beer lovers,
Today we are looking at an Organic Stout by Stroud Brewery.
- Name : Big Cat
- Brewery: Stroud Brewery
- Description : Rich, Dark, Smooth
- Aroma : Notes of Coffee & Malt with a slight sweetness
- Appearance : Dark, with a thick off white head
- Body : Heavy Bodied, Smooth, Low Head Retention
- Taste : Strong Malt/Coffee taste, slightly smokey with a brown sauce like tang.
This was the main event for me from Stroud Brewery. It was nice and rich, packed full of flavour, only wish I had more than one can of it!
