Hi there fellow beer lovers,
Today we are looking at one of Piglove Brewing Co’s specially brewed bevvies, and I think it has the longest name of any beer that I have previously drunk.
- Name : Phantasticum Limbus Amozonic Impy Stout
- Brewery: Piglove Brewing Co
- Aroma : Herbal tones with a strong treacle like sweetness with a hint of malt.
- Appearance : Dark pitch colour with a caramel coloured tight head
- Body : Heavy bodied, hugs the glass, well carbonated but low head retention.
- Taste : Oaked, woody taste with touch of herbal bitterness which is quickly proceeded by a fruity tang and a rich decadent treacle like finish.
This is definitley one of my top beers of 2021 thus far! It was absolutley amazing, it had everything a stout should have had and more, and this might be weird to as but the quality of the product even carried across to the bottle. it had some real weight to it, and it somehow came with my portrait on it! It almost pained me to recycle it. The only issue with this one is one its limited availability and that it comes with quite a hefty pricetag (£6.50 per bottle).
But please dont let the price deter you from giving this one a go, its definitley a main event beer, and not one that should be ignored!
