Hi there fellow beer lovers,
Now for something a little differant , Buxtons tantilizing Coconut Pastry stout.
- Name : Nargil
- Brewery: Buxton Brewery
- Aroma : Strong scent of fresh coconut with a hint of bitter chocolate
- Appearance : Espresso coloured with a very thin film of coffee coloured foam
- Body : Medium bodied, medium carbonation but with no head retention.
- Taste : Powerful hit of rich chocolate, with a smooth mouth feel which then transforms into a fresh mouthful of coconut goodness leading to a rich sweet finish.
wowie-wow-wow did this one deliver on what it promised, this one was certainly the bounty of beer. Strong, rich and full of flavour, definitley for those who love a bounty bar and not for those who dislike coconut!
My only negative for this one was I only managed to get my hands on one can, if I see anymore I will deifinitley be adding it to my coffers.
