Today we are trick or treating our taste buds with this Pumpkin Coffee Porter.
- Name : Carve ‘ N Yams
- Brewery: Elusive Brewing
- Aroma : Strong scent of coffee, roasted malts, a hint of sweet pumpkin.
- Appearance : Dark with a tight medium white head.
- Body : Medium bodied, well carbonated with good head retention.
- Taste : Strong hit of coffee followed by a creamy torrent that finishes with a slight unimposing spiced pumpkin sweetness.
Treat, definitely treat with this one, not a nasty trick in sight.
You can keep your Starschmucks Pumpkin Spiced Late, I would much rather have a few of these instead. and at only 95p more you’d be mad to say no!
This one was a nice long drink, with no nasty surprises, just a nice mouthful strong coffee porter followed by warming spiced pumpkin sweetness. It’s 5.2% makes it a little high for a session but you wouldn’t think it drinking this one, very sessionable and very morish.
