Hello my fellow beer lovers
Welcome back to the Eternal Hoptimist. Today, we revisited the New Bristol Brewery and tried their Chocolate, Macaroon Stout.
Today’s review was brought to you by Sam.
- Name : Chocolate Macaroon Stout
- Brewery: New Bristol Brewery
- Aroma : Strong Vanilla and Cacao notes.
- Appearance : Dark in colour with a thin Mocha coloured head.
- Body : Medium, well carbonated with poor head retention.
- Taste : Creamy Vanilla punch with a bitter Cacao tang, with an almost malt biscuity finish.
This was another dessert in a can. It’s was very rich, but not so much so that I would have to limit myself to just one can! It nailed the title it really did taste like a Chocolate Macaroon. This one is pretty pricey but for a treat why not!
