Today we are looking at another Collab from Beavertowns Birthday beers selection the, Alphonso Mango Sour.
- Name : Alphonso Mango Sour
- Brewery: Beavertown x Dishroom
- Aroma : Strong mango flavours, with the sweet scent of honey and Hops.
- Appearance : Hazy honey yellow with a thin white film of a head.
- Body : Medium to Full bodied, well carbonated, but no dead retention.
- Taste : Mouth puckering sour mango wth a slighty warming spiced finish.
This was a particularly mouth-puckering number, it was one of the nicer sours I’ve had recently. It wasn’t so sour that you couldn’t have another, and the honey sweetness to it only perpetuated the sour side of the mango madness. It was pretty thick like a smoothie and had a lovely cooling full mouthfeel, just a shame it’s like gold dust otherwise id definitely have got some more!
