Hi, there fellow beer lovers,
Today we are looking at a different type of collab, one between a brewery and a very popular donut shop ( Wokingham Unholy Donuts). But what kind of tipple comes from such a union? For now, let’s do as Elusive Brewery say: ‘let’s insert a coin and play’ to find out, shall we?

- Name : Larellas
- Brewery: Elusive Brewing X Unholy Donuts
- Aroma : Strong Zesty Lemon scent with a hint of hops and dough
- Appearance : Very clear, very pale almost water-like in colour with a thin tight head
- Body : Medium bodied, well carbonated, good head retention, with a refreshing mouthfeel
- Taste : Zingy sour lemonade, followed by a mellow wash of citrus and buttered dough.
Elusive beers are known for creating beer with one eye on tradition and the other on trying to take things to the next level. With this one I have to say I think they have managed it, it’s a very tasty and interesting sour. It is jammed pack with sour lemony flavour, and the donuts that were added do the mash added that needed twist to bump it up to the next level.
Although this one is not suitable for vegans, I believe it will be a major crowd-pleaser and if you get the chance you should give this one a chance.
