Hi there fellow beer lovers,
Today we are looking at our second beer of Christmas from Turning point brew Co this time we are getting our gums around a, particularly fruity NEIPA.
Name: Cosmic Flux
Brewery: Turning Point Brew Co
Aroma: Sweet scent of Honied fruits, with a mild hop
Appearance: quite a striking, clear orange/gold with a bright white tight head.
Body: medium-bodied with good carbonation but poor head retention
Taste: Sweet initial taste of honey, that brings out a more juicy flavour from the citrus notes making it quite long and thirst-quenching.
This one was dangerous, it was long and morish, but lacked the usual punch that you would expect from a 7% tipple. I could quite easily have a few of these, but I may find that my legs don’t want to stand up from the table afterwards.
