S43 Brewery – Happy Little Accidents, IPA (6.8% ABV)

Hi there fellow beer lovers,

Today we are looking at a recommendation made to me by the owner and chief beer suggestion Lady at Jim’s Bottle shop in Horsforth. I mean what’s the worst that can happen, with a beer called Happy little accidents?

  1. Name: Happy Little Accidents
  2. Brewery: S43 Brewery
  3. Aroma : Strong floral notes of Elderflower, and wheat, with an undertone of hop.
  4. Appearance : Hazy pale lemon with a tight white head.
  5. Body :  Medium bodied, well carbonated with good head retention.
  6. Taste : A strong hop punch, which blossoms into a floral mouthful leaving a dry peppery finish.

This IPA had three distinctive rounds to it, a first-round punch, a little flowery flourish, and an interesting finish, all around a great suggestion. Would be great after a long day of hard work (which is obviously every day). Too strong for a session, but you could definitely have more than one.

Our overall rating: 3.8/ 5.0
