“Eos is a titaness (the gods before the gods) and the goddess of the dawn…As Eos ushers in new beginnings she brings the dawn. This is our ode to new beginnings. This is our New Year Beer” This is a Belgian style brut ale brewed with barley, rye and wheat and the brewery’s own strain of Belgian yeast. This is a bottle conditioned beer.
- Name : Eos, Belgian Brut Ale
- Brewery: Tartarus Beers
- Aroma : Strong sweet malt
- Appearance : Quite hazy with an orange brown hue and brief frothy head
- Body : Full bodied, medium carbonated but poor head retention
- Taste : Intense strong and fruity with dry aftertaste
A deep complex beer which is distinctly potent. A beer that you certainly appreciate is strong whilst drinking it. One to be sipped and savoured.
