Tiny Rebel – Beerocca Orange Flavour Multi-vitamin IPA (5.8% ABV)

Hi there fellow beer lovers,

Welcome back! So the folk at Tiny Rebel decide to make a mash up of the much marketed (and expensive) multi-vitamin brand that results in ‘you but on a good day’ as an IPA. Sounds promising? It’s brewed with oranges for vitamin C and carrots for vitamin A. 

This is part of a range of ‘definitely not a health drink’ beers as the comment on the back of the can makes clear!

1. Name : Beerocca
2. Brewery: Tiny Rebel
3. Aroma : Faint aroma of oranges 
4. Appearance : Pale orange, opaque but not thick. Produced no discernible head
5. Body :  Thin, well carbonated but little head retention
6. Taste : Dry but the grassy/floral flavour from the hops were overpowered. Clearly orange flavoured but with a slightly odd tang lingering into the aftertaste

A witty can design and an interesting concept but it didn’t work for me. There’s probably a decent IPA at a respectable strength in there but it didn’t reveal itself to me. So me but on a so-so good day.
