Hi there fellow beer lovers,
Today I am sampling another beer brewed in my home city, Hull. This one is a pale ale which is brewed gluten free for those drinkers who are gluten intolerant.
As usual there is a scientific slant to the naming; the behaviour of particles at the atomic level do not follow the classical laws discovered by Newton. Quantum physics models this behaviour. A quantum state is the mathematical entity used to describe reality.

- Brewery: Atom Brewing Co
- Aroma : Tropical fruits with hints of pineapple and mango
- Appearance : Pale gold, opaque with a white head that rapidly disappeared
- Body : Full bodied, medium carbonated with limited head retention
- Taste : Soft, fruity with a nice dry aftertaste
An excellent fruity pale ale with a session strength, I would happily drink several pints of. A great choice for those drinkers who are gluten intolerant.
