Hi there fellow beer lovers,
Today I am sampling another beer brewed in my home city, Hull. This one is brewed with added oats and mosaic hops. As ever their beers are named after a scientific term and this one is no different resonance being used in physics to describe the reinforcement or prolongation of sound by reflection from a surface or by the synchronous vibration of a neighbouring object.
- Name : Resonance Mosaic IPA
- Brewery: Atom Brewing Co
- Aroma : Tropical fruits, hints of pineapple and grapefruit
- Appearance : Dark gold, opaque with a nice white head
- Body : Full bodied with good level of carbonation and head retention
- Taste : Dry, lots of hops and fruitiness, mango but without the sweetness.
A real hoppy assault on the taste buds, a beer well worth a second or a third.
