Hi there fellow beer lovers,
Welcome back to the Enternal Hoptimists! Today we are taking a closer look at another another beer from our Beer52 experiment.
- Name: Paracelus Bio-Zwick
- Brewery: Stiegbrauerie Zu Salzburg
- Aroma : Very malty aroma, with a slight hop
- Appearance : Hazy golden beer with a slight amber glow.
- Body : Medium bodied well carbonated, good head retention.
- Taste : Very malty which gives it a mild sweetness, very refreshing.
There is no surprise that as this is an Austrian beer, that its a malty one. Its a very pleasant beverage and it has an ever so slight acidic kick to it, not my usual choice but its something I could definitely have again.
