Welcome back to the Eternal Hoptimists. Today, we are looking at another of Sirens more popular tipples, Enter Simcoe.
- Name: Enter Simcoe
- Brewery: Siren
- Aroma : Strong citrus notes with a hint of Hop.
- Appearance : Hazy Pineapple coloured tipple with a tight white head.
- Body : Medium bodied, well carbonated, with good head retention.
- Taste : . Refreshingly crisp citrus notes, followed by a was of bitter hops.
This one catches you out a bit with its punchy 6%, so don’t be fooled by its cooling crisp session like feel! But very nice indeed!
