SALT – CRASH, American Pale Ale (5.0% ABV)

Hi there fellow beer lovers,

The village of Saltaire was built by Titus Salt to house the workers for his adjoining textile mill ‘Salt’s Mill’. Salt was an enlightened, far-sighted, and religious man who provided many amenities for his workers, but notably not a pub for it was to be a ‘dry’ village.

Thankfully they now have a microbrewery and it’s one I’ve had good beers from before, so expectations are high. From the label “CRASH [CRASH] NOUN  1. A rough fabric made from yarns that are usually undyed. 2. A hazy pale ale with tropical aromas and balance bitterness.”

  1. Name : Crash American Pale Ale
  2. Brewery: Salt Beer Factory, Saltaire, West Yorkshire
  3. Hops : Not specified
  4. Grain : Malted barley
  5. Aroma : Hoppy, citrusy lemon and a touch of pineapple
  6. Appearance : Yellow/gold, hazy with a white head
