Hi there fellow beer lovers,
Welcome back to the eternal Hoptimists.
Today we back again with another Collab, this one was donated to myself by my friend, and its a loving Juicy mashup created by SALT and Wicked.
- Name: Salt of the Earth
- Brewery: SALT X Wicked
- Aroma : High citrus notes, with a slight hop and piney undertones.
- Appearance : Cloudy, manuka Honey in colour with a very tight fluffy head.
- Body : Medium bodied, well carbonated, with good head retention.
- Taste : Strong citrus and faded grapefruit taste, which morphs to a tingly pine finish.
A Nice little stubbie, that was procured I believe from a Local Tesco’s. This pleases me as it means that more niche breweries are starting become more readily available to the public.
This one in particular is a good well rounded Pale Ale, it doesn’t exactly break the mould and at 5% it could be a very nice high end session to be enjoyed in the beer garden on a Friday Afternoon!
