Vault City – Peach & Mango, Session Sour (4.0% ABV)

Hi there fellow beer lovers,

Welcome back to the Eternal Hoptimists.

Today we are looking to the north and are checking out one of Vault City’s well known Sour tipples.

1. Name: Peach & Mango, Session Sour
2. Brewery:  Vault City
3. Aroma :  Sour Mango and Tropical Fruits
4. Appearance : Rich opaque Lemon in colour, with a thin white head
5. Body :  Medium bodied, well carbonated, no head retention
6. Taste :  Cutting sour mango jam that makes your mouth pucker, a tropical juice sweetness then follows giving the beer areal ebb and flow.

This one is a beer of waves, waves of sweet and sour, that makes your lips pucker and your mouth-water. I’m not a big sour guy, but this is one of the better ones that I have had recently, I can see why Vault have a reputation for sours and thus far it seems well earned.
