Hi there fellow beer lovers,
Welcome back to the eternal Hoptimists.
This was another one that Peter picked up for me to have a try, I must admit I don’t have a lot of experience with continental beers. All I know is they are very well known for being strong, and like to creep up on you.

- Name: Guvee des trolls
- Brewery: Dubuisson
- Aroma : Light smattering of malt with a zingy hop.
- Appearance : Clear golden colour, with a tight fluffy white head.
- Body : Medium bodied, high carbonation, good head retention.
- Taste : Nice bite of malt, followed by a mellow bitter wave of hop.
Long and thirst quenching, but subtle on flavour, it reminds me of the beer I have drank on holiday in Malta and Gran Canarias, the maltyness builds over time, but it doesn’t taste like a 7% tipple!
