Welcome back to the Eternal Hoptimists.
Today we are flying south to Wild Card Brewing to check out their IPA,
- Name: Indian Pale Ale
- Brewery: Wild Card
- Aroma : Slightly citrus notes followed by a punch of hop.
- Appearance : Clear golden ale with a thin white head.
- Body : Medium bodied, well carbonated, medium head retention
- Hops : Mosaic, Citra & Simcoe
- Taste : Zesty hoppy hit to start followed by a wash of citrus ending in a fine dry finish.
This is a very good well rounded pint, I also like the fact that it comes in a stubby, as its short and punchy but you could easily have another at 5.5% making this a high-end easy drinking session ale.
