Hi there fellow beer lovers,
Welcome back to the Eternal Hoptimists.
Eyam AKA the Plague Village, have a brewery that doesn’t like to take itself too seriously. It has a number of tipples across a number of styles all of which have embraced the villages heritage as they definitely follow the same naming theme!
All of the beverages in bottle are bottled conditioned, but they do supply casks to a number of local pubs in the surrounding area.

- Name: Quarantine
- Brewery: Eyam Brewery
- Aroma : A mellow hop and a good nose of malted wheat.
- Appearance : Clear golden blonde beer with a closed white head.
- Body : medium bodied, well carbonated with a decent head retention.
- Taste : Really crisp bite, before a mellow tang of hop followed by a long malty draw causing a dry finish.
This one really hit the spot, managed to get a pint or two in the Miners Arms in Eyam, cracking little pub and the beer was definitely nothing to be sniffed at! If you like no nonsense blondes, this is one for you!
Our Jack ‘O Rating for this one is: 3.8/ 5.0
