We’re back this time we are definitely crossing the streams as we take a look at Mallowed be Thy Name, by @brewyorkbeer
- Name: Mallowed by thy name
- Brewery: Brew York
- Aroma: Strong scent of berries and Fruit and a blast of vanilla.
- Appearance: Slightly Hazy, Ruby Ribena red with a thin white head when poured
- Body: Medium bodied, well carbonated, poor head retention, and has a super silky-smooth mouthfeel.
- Taste: Tongue tingling, mouth puckering sour raspberries and blueberry’s, which lessens into a wash of vanilla and pastry goodness
Whoooo-eyyy this is a good one, its sour, sweet and definitely a treat. This one certainly packed a punch in the flavour department and wasn’t so sweet that you couldn’t drink another either!
