Welcome back to the Eternal Hoptimists.
It may be November, but that isn’t going to stop John getting his summer sour kicks this winter. Today he is looking at a sour by Vault City and a number of collaborator’s and is rumoured to be one of their best sours yet!
- Name: Raspberry Vanilla Lolipop
- Brewery: Vault Brewery & Collaborators
- Aroma: Strong punch of raspberry no real vanilla scent at all.
- Appearance: Deep hazy raspberry red appearance, white head when poured
- Body: Medium bodied, well carbonated, poor head retention and very juicy.
- Taste: Strong raspberry flavour with a vanilla hit leaving a dryness to the tongue for a split second before a torrent of sour flavour makes your mouth water. A sweet accompaniment, and refreshing on the pallet.
This is a collab sour beer, from vault with three co-conspirators in its making, they have made a very juicy mouth-watering sour, that would be fantastic at a BBQ or on a summers eve in the garden. Well done to Vault and the collab!
If you like Raspberry you will love this, and at 4.5% this is very quaffable.
