Hi there fellow beer lovers,
Welcome back to the Eternal Hoptimists.
We are three posts into John’s reign as the sour king, it has been a tumultuous era, where he has ruled over the ratings of sours with a large dimple glass. Today he is looking at another tipple from Vault City, will it get the thumbs up or thrown into the collo-sink-eum with the lesser sours.

- Name: Passionfruit, Coconut and Banana Sour
- Brewery: Vault City
- Aroma: Very sweet Passionfruit and sour fruit
- Appearance: Hazy Amber, but with no head.
- Body: Medium to Thick bodied, good carbonation with no head.
- Taste: Very sour with a mouth-watering hit of Passionfruit, a hint of banana and a coconut finish. Both sweet and a little acidic.
Now this Ladies and Gents, is a sour. Even whilst I was just checking out the aroma of this one did my mouth begin to water. at 9% this is very strong, but you cannot pick out the strength, all you get is the sourness and the flavour, be careful as this one will sneak up on you.
Our overall rating: 3.7/ 5.0
