John is back again for another ruling over a modern sour from Vault City, the last one was praised to the heavens but what will be the fate of the Vault Wagon?..
- Name: Vault Wagon
- Brewery: Vault City
- Aroma: The sweet, sweet scent of Strawberry jam,
- Appearance: Slightly Hazed reddish-brown tipple with a decent off-white head.
- Body: Light to medium bodied, good carbonation, and very good head retention.
- Taste: A sweet strawberry flavour, with a chocolate and malt base, with a big sour finish, packed full of flavour.
Wow, this is a good one. One pint would be enough for me as it’s a tad too sweet but cracking flavour and good carbonation. If you have a sweet tooth, give this one a try, but at 9.5% it is no baby!
