Being a fan of Wilde Child, and beers on the darker side of the spectrum I am looking forward to trying this one, let’s hope it is as good as its predecessors from the brewery!

1. Name : Hot Fuzz
2. Brewery: Wilde Child, Leeds
3. Hops : Not specified
4. Aroma : Faint sweetness of caramel and a heavy blow of chocolate.
5. Appearance : Jet black, opaque, with no head
6. Body : Thin bodied, medium carbonation no head retention.
7. Taste : Faint chocolate followed with mellow malty notes, which morphs into a sharp ending.
I’m a little disappointed with this one as Wilde Child usually rocks my boat, but this one just created a small swell. I wouldn’t say it was particularly caramel heavy but at 5.9% its a good ABV.
