Wow Flow Rider a Key Lime Cheesecake Sour, there’s a lot going on just with the name, lets see what the can says.
“Imagine you’re sat on a balcony enjoying the Floridian sunset while eating key lime cheesecake and drinking sparkling lime juice. Well, you don’t need to imagine anymore, this sour beer packs a super sour punch all backed up by a creamy mouthfeel from the lactose that will have you thinking you’re drinking alcoholic Sprite.”

- Name : Flow Rider
- Brewery: Wilde Child, Leeds
- Hops : Not specified
- Grain : Malted barley and wheat
- Aroma : Sour with hints of citrus lime and a touch of gooseberry
- Appearance : Deep gold, slightly hazy with a fizzy white head
- Body : Medium bodied, medium carbonation after a fizzy rush to start but produced no real little head retention
- Taste : A sour citrusy lime hit followed by a tart finish which overpowered the hops somewhat
A pleasant enough beer, not mouth puckeringly sour but not quite living up to the promises on the can for me. If you produced a cider from crab apples, I would imagine the taste to be quite similar.
