This table beer was in the Thornbridge members box in the summer but I manged to find a few cans being remaindered in Home Bargains.
It is a collaboration with the well-regarded Dutch craft brewer Brouwerij Kees so there are high hopes for this one.

- Name : How The TurnTables
- Brewery: Thornbridge , Bakewell, Derbyshire
- Hops : Talus, Idaho 7 and Galaxy
- Grain : Malted barley and wheat
- Aroma : Light and fresh, floral and a little citrus
- Appearance : Very pale straw, hazy with a white head
- Body : Medium body, well carbonated but with little head retention
- Taste : Initially crisp and quite floral then fruity with a delicate hint of mango. The finish is slightly tart but pleasingly so and not overpowering
- Dietary restrictions : Suitable for vegans
As a table beer this works perfectly, its light and soft on the palate with floral notes prominent. This would make it an ideal accompaniment for delicate foods like sole or similar white fish. Its easy drinking and likely to appeal to most beer drinkers and possibly people who like the lighter white wines.
Further proof if it were needed that it is perfectly possible to brew beer at low strength, 3.3% in this case, and make it interesting and flavoursome.
