Today Sam is holding back the Crimson tide, by drinking as much of it as possible.
- Name: Crimson Tide
- Brewery: Off Axis Brew Co
- Hops : Amerillo, Nelson Sauvin, Colombus
- Aroma : Medicinal scent, with a caramel, & slight stoned fruit.
- Appearance : A Ruby, Amber almost original lucasade colour with no head.
- Body : Medium bodied, and well carbonated.
- Taste: Caramelized fruits, with a grapefruit draw.
Another Red Ale for me, I seem to be having a year of it so far. I liked this one, its cheap and readily available from LIDL, but despite this its a nice well-rounded session ale, with lots of caramelized fruit what’s not to like!
