Hi there fellow beer lovers,
Welcome back to the Eternal Hoptimists.
As I have been dubbed the sour king of the Eternal Hoptimists, I was told that our “everything must Gose” section would be right up my street. I cant say I am familiar with the style, but I’m willing to try anything once.

- Name: Cran Raz
- Brewery: Overtone
- Hops: Ariana
- Aroma: Raspberries and mixed red fruits, with a surprising sweetness behind it.
- Appearance: Iced Raspberry in colour, no head when poured.
- Body: Full bodied, and with a pretty decent level of carbonation
- Taste: A wash of red fruits, with a wall hitting, mouth-watering sourness with a sea salt edge.
Certainly an oddity this one, but a pretty nice one. It reminded me more of a fruit smoothie than a beer, and the salt gave it an interesting and relatively unique flavour. The can does say it has coriander on it, but I must admit I couldn’t detect any.
