It’s Easter Monday, so lets make it a fun day! Its time to have our needed dose of #Beer&Dinosaurs, so we are checking out this Collab Ice Cream IPA by Staggeringly Good & Neon Raptor.
In a rare turn of events im sharing this one with the wife, as I fear that failure to do so would result in a very localized mass extinction.
1. Name : Dashboard Ripples
2. Brewery: Staggeringly Good X Neon Raptor
3. Hops : N/A
4. Grain : Wheat, Oat & Barley
5. Aroma : Slight raspberry aroma with a wash of lactose and vanilla.
6. Appearance : Hazed watery peach cordial, with no head when poured.
7. Body : low to medium bodied, well carbonated with no head retention.
8. Taste : Intense raspberry syrup kick, with a wash of very sweet vanilla finishing in an unusual sour kick.
Wowza, it sure is sweet, a little too much so for myself, Kayla however loved it. Its got a real zing to it at the end which makes it a little different.
