Stumbled across this one whilst I was at our local bottle shop, as its a Collab, and I’m getting into North Brewing Co’s Tipples recently, and who doesnt love a bit of Rock N Roll so as they made this with the Orielles to celebrate their new album, I thought it would be a cracking one to have a closer look at!
1. Name : Tableau
2. Brewery: North Brewing Co X The Orielles
3. Hops : Citra, Idaho 7 and Eclipse
4. Grain : Barley, Wheat & Oats
5. Aroma : Medium citrus notes with quite a mellow hop backing
6. Appearance : Opaque lemon curd in colour with no head.
7. Body : Medium bodied, well carbonated with poor head retention.
8. Taste : A Lovely light mouthful of zesty citrus flavours with a very morish hoppy finish.
This is a cracking example of a light, easy drinking zesty IPA, despite its medium ABV it still delivers full flavours, and is ever so moreish!
