Welcome back to the Eternal Hoptimists.
John being no sucker, and our resident Weisse guy is trying out this interesting tipple, a Barcelona Weisse by the lesser known Garage Beer Co. We picked up this interesting little number in Trembling Madness in York, and naturally John called Dibs!

- Name: Garage Beer Co
- Brewery: ZURGZWANG
- Hops : N/A
- Grain : N/A
- Aroma: Strong scents of lemon and orange with a sour tang.
- Appearance: Opaque, yellow / barley sugar colour with a big tight white head when poured.
- Body: Medium bodied, very well carbonated, with ok head retention.
- Taste: Strong lemon tang with a back drop of orange making it a very nice fruity mouthful with strong sour tones coming through after.
The low ABV of this one makes it incredibly easy drinking, and the flavours are very typical of the modern sour, which as you know I am quite the fan off, the asses salt is lost a little in the Lemon, but the tang is definitely on point.
Our overall rating: 3.6/ 5.0
