Welcome back to the Eternal Hoptimists.
John is back, and this week he is checking out thing bigmouth session by the Yeastie boys.

- Name: Bigmouth
- Brewery: Yeastie Boys
- Hops : Nelson-grown New Zealand hops, with Nelson Sauvin, Wakatau and Taiheke
- Grain: N/A
- Aroma: Grapefruit and citrus notes with a punchy underlying hop.
- Appearance: Pale gold in colour, pretty clear with a thin white head when poured.
- Body: Medium bodied, high carbonation, with ok head retention.
- Taste: Strong hit of grapefruit and lemon fruitiness which peters out to a slight malt with a touch of white wine acidity. It’s well rounded with a dry and bitter finish.
This one was more my speed, it was very nice, middle of the road flavours but very refreshing and that white wine tang was *chefs kiss*
