Today John is kicking off our look into Saltaire’s tipples, by going full tilt on this New Zeland / AUS Pale Ale..
- Name: Full Tilt
- Brewery: Saltaire Brewery
- Hops : Galaxy & Motueka
- Grain : N/A
- Aroma: Strong hop with a cheeky zesty undertone.
- Appearance: Hazy Golden pale with a strong white head when poured.
- Body: Quite thin, but with good carbonation, decent head retention
- Taste: This one is quite the juicy affair with a strong zesty-ness to back it up which makes your mouth water.
This is a good example of a juicy IPA, the AUS/NewZeland hops give it that fruity edge over some of the more common hops, not bad at all and at 5.2% its no slouch either,
