Today Sam is checking out this Saison from Amity Brew Co X The Coven. It has quite the striking can design, and promises to be quite the spicy tipple.

3. Hops : Meridian
4. Grain : Barley & Wheat
5. Aroma : Quite fruity, with a spicyness and hoppy undertone.
6. Appearance : Hazed golden amber with an open frothy head when poured.
7. Body : Medium bodied, well carbonated with good head retention.
8. Taste : Quite a funky one this one, a spiced and peppery mouthful with a twist of fruits giving it a dry white wine finish.
9. Dietry Note: Vegan Friendly
This one is definitely better in this warm weather, one to be enjoyed in the garden on a hot day. I’m quite the fan of the pepper in this one it makes for quite a deep flavour profile, but it looses me a bit with the white wine finish.
but definitely not something to turn your nose u at.
