John AKA our sour King is back in action today, checking out one of the summer offerings from Vault City.
This one promises to be quite the sweet sensation with it being a Strawberry Sundae, i think its safe to say that John was excited about this one!

- Aroma: A rush of strawberry, with a twinge of lactose and sourness.
- Appearance: Strawberry pink/red in appearance with a good thick white head when poured
- Body: Full bodied, medium bodied with a good head retention.
- Taste: A punchy sweet and yet sour strawberry torrent accompanied by a wash of sweet creaminess creating an alcoholic strawberries and cream?
Now this would be a cracking pint for Wimbledon, thick, creamy and delicious, and not a massive ABV so you could easily have another. Just make sure you chill it, and shake it a little before pouring and ENJOY!
