Well who would have thought it! Kayla is back again for another review, and its another Sour from our friends at Vault City!
Will this one be a smash hit, or will it leave a sour taste in her mouth? lets find out!
- Name: Would I Lychee You
- Brewery: Vault City Brewery, Scotland
- Hops: N/A
- Grain: N/A
- Aroma : This has Guava for days, and an overall sweet fruit punch like scent.
- Appearance : Opaque milky pink in colour, kind of like a strawberry milkshake, with a thick white head when poured.
- Body : Smoothie thick, great head retention, silky smooth, but with low carbonation.
- Taste: Initial sour smack of Guava & Lychee that makes your mouth both pucker and water. Then after it dissipates you get a really nice juicy flavour, which is incredibly moorish.
- Deitry: Contains Gluten
As I am sure you all know, I am not a big lover of “Beery Beers” and this one certainly wasn’t a Beery Beer. I would definitely akin this to more of an Boozy Smoothie.
It was full of flavour, refreshing and interesting, I loved the pun, and as Sam can attest to you all, I would definitely never Lychee to you!
