Today Sam is checking out Spooktons Brave Noise, that’s crying out into the night! But will its promised Orange and Citrus flavours keep the beasts at bay!
- Name: Brave Noise
- Brewery: Spookton Brew Co
- Hops: Mosaic & Citra
- Aroma: Quite a sweet scent of Orange and Citrus with a hoppy backing.
- Appearance: Hazy golden lemon in colour, with an open white head when poured.
- Body: Medium Bodied, good level of carbonation with good head retention.
- Taste: Sharp & zesty up front, before mellowing to a dry hoppy/ biscuit like finish.
This one stands a ghost of a chance with its opposition, like its name , its shouts out from the rest doing what it doesn’t really well. Zesty, Moreish and despite the dryness quite refreshing, and at 4.5% a great one to session.
