Hello, and welcome back to the Eternal Hoptimists,
Before we get into the Christmas spirit, its time to explore a couple of beers that have been suspended in our beer cupboard for some time!
First up we have Infinite Space, a Juicy IPA from Cloudwater!
- Name : Infinite Space
- Brewery: Cloudwater Brew Co ( Manchester)
- Hops : Citra & Mosaic
- Grain : N/A
- Aroma : Fruity aroma with a hoppy backing, a slight hint of fresh cut grass.
- Appearance : Very hazy Light Pale, with a tight white head when poured.
- Body : Medium bodied, good carbonation but poor head retention.
- Taste : Dank, and slightly piney hop, with a touch of pineapple and a drying grassy finish.
This one certainly delivers on flavour, and at 5.8% its a dangerous beast indeed, not quite easy drinking, but not far off! the Pineapple tones really offset the overall pine like hop giving it a very morish and balanced flavour profile.
If you see this one out and about its definitely worth a look at!
