Hello, and welcome back to the Eternal Hoptimists,

Today Sam is checking out a heist beer that has a good chance of being the best beer name of 2023, That’s between a Man and his Haddock!

  1. Name : That’s Between A Man And His Haddock
  2. Brewery: Heist Brew Co
  3. Hops : Simcoe
  4. Grain : N/A
  5. Aroma : Mild hop with a heavy grapefruit backing
  6. Appearance : Opaque, creamy yellow in colour with a thick which head.
  7. Body : Medium boded, well carbonated, with a pretty good head retention.
  8. Taste : Easy drinking, dank Grapefruit, with a good level of cheeky bitterness towards the end.

Now this is how to showcase Simcoe. I think this is one of the best one hop beers we have had all year. its Juicy, mouth-watering and delivers a cracking flavour given its percentage.
