The can art and name apparently refer to a streaming show Mythic Quest (Carol in HR) but as Midge Ure famously sung ‘this means nothing to me.’ Still Carol is a name associated with Christmas so that’s good enough for me.

- Hops : Idaho 7, Ekuanot Cryo, Mosaic and Nelson
- Grain : Barley, wheat and oats
- Aroma : Tropical fruits and hint of citrus
- Appearance : Dark gold, almost orange, opaque with a white head
- Body : Medium bodied, well carbonated with some head retention
- Taste : Tropical fruit initially sweet follow by sharp citrus with some muskiness and dry finish
- Dietary restrictions : Allergens highlighted. Vegan friendly
Intense explosion of hops on the palate. Nice mouthfeel juicy with fruits but soft not bitter.
A very nice IPA showcasing an impressive hop loading and weighing in at a true IPA strength.
