Welcome back to the Eternal Hoptimists,
John is no stranger to Peril, he’s come up against a few challenges in life but will this be one of them?

- Name: Pinches of Peril
- Brewery: Tiny Rebel Brew Co
- Hops: Simcoe, Mosaic & Citra
- Aroma: Strong citrus nose accompanied by quite a strong hoppy backing.
- Appearance: Opaque straw coloured with a good white head when poured
- Body: light bodied, ok carbonation but poor head retention.
- Taste: Has a nice well balanced hoppy and citrus flavour all the way through, with a surprising slightly dry finish.
This one took my by surprise a little as I wasn’t expecting a dry finish given the citrus and fruity flavours throughout. However this in no way disappointed me. This was very enjoyable and I was a little disappointed that there wasn’t another when I finished!
John’s overall Rating is: 3.9/ 5.0
