Hello, and welcome back to the Eternal Hoptimists,
Today Sam is checking out this AF session IPA all the way from Campodarsego, Italy.
CRAK opened its doors in 2015 and is a Farm Brewery, perhaps the first one we have ever covered on TEH.

- Name : Mundaka Zero
- Brewery: CRAK Brewery (Campodarsego, Italy)
- Hops : N/A
- Grain : Barley
- Aroma : Lemon forward , with a Hop & Barley undertone
- Appearance : Clear Straw Yellow with a thin film head when poured
- Body : Medium bodied, very carbonated, no head retention
- Taste : A shot of lemon followed by a wash of mild hop, leaving a dry finish.
This one is short and sweet on the flavour profile, its over in a flash a strong jab of lemon and then a wash of mild hop.
It’s a little lack lustre in comparison to others I have had. It feels like a AF beer, its not bad for a small independent, but you can definitely tell this is here to plug the market and not their real passion project.
Sam’s overall rating: 3.0/ 5.0
