Station stop Four – Keighley – The Boltmakers Arms
After an incredibly short train journey we found ourlseves in Keithley checking out The Boltmakers Arms, which you guessed it was another Timothy Taylors pub.
Much like The New Inn this was your old school traditional boozer and was pretty snug inside.

We were going to leave the reviewing again but then Sam noticed something.. a pun.. Hopical Storm?.. what’s all this then?
Review by Sam
- Name : Hopical Storm (4.0% ABV)
- Brewery: Timothy Taylor
- Appearance : hazy amber colour with a good tight white head when poured.
- Aroma: Hoppy, citrus notes, with a touch of malt at the back
- Body : Quite heavy carbonation, food level of body and ok head retention
- Taste : Quite Malty, and despite being craft tastes very traditional, good level of bitterness throughout.
Had to give this one a go, I didn’t even know Timmy T’s did craft, apparently they do, and its pretty good too!
Sam’s overall rating: 3.8/ 5.0

Time to get back to the station as the train is coming and the next one is cancelled, the next one should be something a little different, onward to Goose Eye! on Page Six [Below VV]
